This movement is built on a simple truth: real transformation happens when you embrace your strengths and use them to create impact. I’m Shikha Bajaj—a professional mentor, award-winning author, and leadership & transformation expert. With over 25 years in corporate consulting across education, finance, and healthcare, I’ve learned what it takes to excel in high-pressure environments. From pioneering MIT’s first OpenCourseWare platform to leading AI-driven healthcare equity initiatives, my journey has been about turning challenges into opportunities. And now, I help others do the same. Through Own Your Color, I’ve mentored thousands worldwide, empowering individuals to lead confidently, embrace their unique strengths, and create meaningful impact.
